WKA

All rules will be taken from the 2013 WKA Technical manual and any Tech Updates.

TaG classes will follow WKA specs for engine and weight. Clones will follow WKA rules, with a few local option rules.

The full set of 61 Kartway Clone Rules can be found here.

Tech inspection may be general on one weekend, and more detailed on another. Please be prepared to run fair and within the rules.

Helmets must be full coverage (full face) and Snell 2005 or above. Snell 2000 helmets are no longer allowed.

Tires:

Yamaha classes must run Bridgestone YLC's. TaG classes will run YLB's.

Clones have an open tire rule. Kid Karts also have an open tire rule.

Points Races

There will be 17 races in the points championship in 2013.

WKA rules will be followed in all points races, with very few exceptions. You do NOT have to be a WKA or a 61 Kartway Club member to race or receive awards.

Drivers are allowed 3 drops.

All top finishing drivers will be required to pass tech inspection.

Any driver breaking a track record will require a complete inspection of their kart to verify the record.

Trophies will be awarded through 5th place to all drivers who participated in 9 or more club races that year.
